Behind the Scenes

Curtain standby. Curtain GO! ILS has long run musical camps, introducing our campers to the process of putting on a musical in only a week’s time. Join us this summer for Behind the Scenes, where we will learn all of the ins and outs of a full musical theater production. We will take turns embodying different, crucial roles of director, talent, choreographer, and critic. We will learn about the history of Broadway, and what exactly is ‘The Great White Way’. Campers will collaborate on a big group project where they use their creativity to design lights, costumes, and sets for a well-known musical, imaging the sky as the limit to their budget.
